Joseph Ford - (more!) Dacia

We wanted to share these beautiful landscape format versions of the images Joseph Ford captured for his recent campaign for DACIA, commissioned by PUBLICIS CONSEIL.

The colour tones and details are so lovely its worth a closer look! 🔎✨

Joseph Ford - Dacia

Joseph Ford had a blast shooting this campaign for DACIA, focussing on their aftercare and maintenance services in studio and on location in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Like most of the projects Joseph works on, we combined stills and TVC production, shooting alongside the film crew and working with the DoP to integrate the stills and motion lighting for a more efficient production. This allowed the client to reduce costs and enabled Joseph to maximise the number of images he could capture. We love all the details in these beautifully captured ads.

Merci beaucoup to Publicis Conseil and all the team for a wonderful shoot.

🚗💨💨✨

Phil Fisk - Ferrero Rocher

Phil created these wonderful portraits for an advertorial for FERRERO ROCHER in the Sunday Times featuring taste scientist and broadcaster Barry Smith (shot at his lab in the University of London), and some of the top chocolatiers at the Ferrero chocolate factory in Derby.

Huge thanks to Bridge Studios, stylist Vic Twyman and all the team who helped create these lovely images 🍫✨

Phil Fisk - Dry Cleaning / Observer

Observer commission Phil Fisk to photograph these beautiful portraits of poetic post-punk band DRY CLEANING, the group "everyone seemed to discover in lockdown".

Their first album was released to rave reviews, swiftly becoming Rough Trade's Album of the Year. This shoot marks the release of their second album Stumpwork on 4AD.

Phil loved meeting and shooting the band and was delighted to learn about #metalhand... (Florence demonstrates in picture 1!)

Frankie Turner - Bertinet Bakery

Stand out photography for a ‘stand-out loaf’!

So excited to share one of our first shoots with Frankie Turner - this playful series of images commissioned by Ourselves for the wonderful Bertinet Bakery, who bake the best sourdough bread. Frankie captured both still life and moving image, exploring a world of sumptuous sourdough, tantalising toppings (and oozing egg butties!).

Fantastic food styling from Lucy-Ruth Hathaway. 🍞🥚✨

Chris Floyd - GSK / Haleon

Delighted to share imagery from a worldwide campaign, encompassing over 30 individual portraits and accompanying motion captured by Chris Floyd.

We collaborated with pharmaceutical giant GSK to launch Haleon and their global range of consumer healthcare products. The company have a very diverse audience that we wanted to reflect in the casting of our models. We photographed real people with real stories, sometimes involving health challenges - but always with a spirit of positivity. It was important for Chris that the images convey confidence, look natural and feel authentic. We’ve shared just a handful here.

Huge thanks to Interbrand, Make Marks and all the amazing people who commissioned and helped bring these beautiful portraits to life 🙌

Phil Fisk - Virgin Atlantic / Pearlies

Phil Fisk recently shot this lovely commission from Ink Global, featuring the Pearly Kings and Queens of London, for Virgin Atlantic magazine Vera.

We love these iconic portraits of Amy, Connor, Jack and Shannon, the Pearly Kings and Queens of Haggerston, Wembley, Royal Kensington and Shoreditch - who are some of the new generation of “pearly royalty” bringing a more inclusive attitude to a centuries old tradition (whilst maintaining a lifelong dedication to fundraising for charity). 🙌

Chris Floyd - Brian Johnson | AC/DC / Telegraph

Chris Floyd was recently commissioned to shoot these wonderful portraits of rock icon and AC/DC lungsman Brian Johnson in his local London boozer for the Telegraph Magazine. Johnson is celebrating the publication of “The Lives of Brian”, described as a “riotous, lovable memoire, packed with outrageous stories” ⚡️

Chris Floyd - KSI / Men's Health

Knowledge Strength Integrity

Chris Floyd shoots rapper/boxer/joker/all-round entrepreneur KSI for Men’s Health.

"KSI is, to many of his fans, a modern-day polymath and 21st-century renaissance man. If you’re over 25, however, he may well be the most famous person you’ve never heard of.... Having made his name via YouTube skits and gaming commentary, KSI's ventures to date have earned him in excess of £15 million. He has more than 40 million subscribers across his three channels and his 2019 boxing match against fellow YouTuber Logan Paul was one of the top five highest selling-fights in history. KSI is 29 years old."

Huge thanks to all the team involved in creating these wonderful portraits 👏

Phil Fisk - SKY / This England / Kenneth Branagh

We are delighted to share Phil Fisk’s compelling photographic commission for Michael Winterbottom’s six-part drama This England.

The series was recently released on SKY Atlantic, and follows the then prime minister Boris Johnson (played by the amazing Kenneth Branagh) and his government through the first wave of the pandemic.

Huge thanks to SKY, Revolution Films, Chris Roome for the retouching skills and everyone involved in creating these poignant images.

Chris Floyd - Harrods / 5 Chefs!

Such a lovely commission - 5 amazing chefs, photographed by Chris Floyd on the roof of Harrods in London, July 2022.

L to R: Jason Atherton, Dave Pynt, Philip Khoury, Angelo Musa, Tom Kerridge.

In Chris’s words… “One of the great, maybe the greatest, privileges of my job is that I get to spend legitimate time in the company of supremely talented people. This was one of those days. The five men here all gave me their time, with humour and curiosity, on one of the hottest goddamn days of the year, without seeming to release one drop of sweat into their immaculately pressed chef’s whites. And what was greatest of all about it was getting to listen to the five of them taking to each other about what they do, the language of their world, swapping tips and tricks.”

Chris Floyd - Lenny Henry / Saga

“Good to meet you, I’m Lenny Henry off the telly.”

Chris Floyd shoots these delightful portraits of the wonderful Sir Lenny Henry, the British actor / comedian / singer / television presenter and writer - (a man who really needs no introduction!) - for the cover of Saga.

Chris Floyd - Sotheby's / Robert Pattinson

"A" is for Art...!

Actor (/singer/songwriter) Robert Pattinson photographed recently by Chris Floyd for Sotheby’s.

Robert is guest curator of Sotheby's forthcoming contemporary art auction in New York, plus an exhibition featuring selected works “which personally resonate with him” - including pieces by Willem de Kooning (seen here), Richard Serra, Genieve Figgis and Lynette Yiadom-Boakye.

Chris Floyd - Olajida Olatunji / JJ / KSI

Excited to share these amazing portraits captured by Chris Floyd for Men’s Health Magazine.

The star sitter is known to his mum as Olajide Olayinka Williams "JJ" Olatunji.

You can call him @ksi which stands for “Knowledge, Strength, Integrity”.

If you’re not a Gen Zer then he’s probably the “most famous person you’ve never heard of”…

A 29 year old musician, whose YouTube channel boasts the 4th biggest following for a UK artist after One Direction, Ed Sheeran and Adele. And he’s fast becoming a boxing hero, with a big fight against fellow British rapper @swarmz and pro-boxer Luis Alcarez Pineda at O2 this weekend.

Chris Floyd - Monica Galetti

Bright and beautiful portraits of chef MONICA GALETTI, captured by CHRIS FLOYD.

Samoa-born, New Zealand-raised Monica recently stepped down from her role as judge on Masterchef - The Professionals, after 8 years alongside Michel Roux Jr & Gregg Wallace, to focus on her London restaurant Mere and her family.

Phil Fisk - Joseph Quinn / Stranger Things / Observer

Last week, Phil Fisk had the pleasure of shooting JOSEPH QUINN for OBSERVER.

The British actor is playing “the voluminously haired metalhead (EDDIE MUNSON) who runs the HELLFIRE SOCIETY” in season 4 of NETFLIX’s hit show STRANGER THINGS, “which set Netflix records by reaching no 1 in 83 countries and is more watched than Bridgerton!”

Such a beautiful set of portraits! It’s amazing what you can do, “with an old light box found stashed in a cupboard at the studio!”… 📸 ✨

Phil Fisk - Catfish / MTV

Here's a peek at Phil's wonderful new creative for MTV for the new series of CATFISH featuring “catfish hunters” Nella Rose 🌹 and Oobah Butler on their quest to investigate the world of online dating deception… 🔍 ✨All post production managed by Flock.

Phil Fisk - DDB Remedy

Last year in June, Phil was commissioned by DDB Remedy to shoot a stills and moving image campaign for the worldwide release of a new facial aesthetics product.

Over three days, with eight models and two huge mirrors, we created a positive, modern visual language for the product launch.

We worked with Perma Collective again to ensure we had a sustainable approach to the shoot production, including virtual casting, digitised styling, virtual streaming of the shoot and the repurposing of props at the end of the shoot. Flock managed all post-production.

Phil Fisk - Paula Rego

In 2018, Phil Fisk photographed the internationally-celebrated artist Dame Paula Rego, who sadly passed away this week aged 87.

Phil remembered the shoot, commissioned by the Observer, as a very special day. He had the freedom to explore her studio and he recalls that she was willing to take his direction for the portraits…

“I asked her to close her eyes and she just commented that it would give her the opportunity to dream for minute to two. She was very frail and I think tired, but determined to smile and make us welcome.

Please read her full obituary here.
